The Cost of living stakeholder toolkit includes a range of materials for organisations to use to support eligible employees, and to also provide an update regarding the cost of living payments. It contains:

- adaptable assets for stakeholders
- printable PDF for stakeholders
We’d really encourage you to display the campaign posters (as seen in the toolkit) across your organisation’s locations, including charity shops, information & advice hubs, or community spaces as we try and work together to spread the messaging. Posters are available to order in A3, A4 and A5 size. Please let DWP know the quantity of posters, the size you’d like to order and the address where they should be sent. Cost of Living Payments: Finally, as you’ll know the Cost-of-Living payments have begun to be issued last. You may have seen in the media that there has been a significant increase in scammers attempting to obtain personal information from customers by sending out texts suggesting that customers are eligible for Cost-of-Living payments. We’d appreciate your support in reminding residents that they do not have to do anything.
If they are eligible:
- they will not need to apply for the payment
- they will not need to call DWP
- the payment to them is automatic
- DWP will never ask for personal details by SMS or email.
