Lead Professional - this covers:
- Role of the Lead Professional
- Selecting the appropriate Lead Professional
- Taking notes and recording of information
- Skills required to be a competent Lead
Professional including dealing with difficult situations and
accountabilities
Early Help Module (EHM) Basic Training which is currently a virtual classroom based courses and covers the following:
- How to navigate around the Early Help System
- The difference between an open and closed
episode
- See who the lead professional is, or the lead
professional for previously open episodes
- How to search for and create a child/young
person
- How to add family
- How to add involvements (key agencies working
with the family)
- How to open and the steps to follow in order to
complete and Early Help Assessment
- How to create a case note
- How to record a family visit
- How to attach and restrict documents
EHM Advanced Training - this is also currently a virtual classroom based course and will cover:
- A refresher of the basic training
- How to organise & create Team Around the
Family meetings
- How to record Team Around the Family plans
- How and when to open Short Term work and what
can be recorded there
- How to record Outcome Star and Family Star
- How to open and record a GCP2 assessment
- Closure process
