The last couple of years; particularly recent months, have been difficult for many and have thrown up lots of challenges for the children, young people and families that we work with. A fantastic job has been done by all in supporting children and families, and great commitment has been shown to ensure needs are being met as best as possible.
There have been a variety of events for partners across Sandwell, and so to address the challenges faced around capacity and duplication, we have brought together the Early Help Partnership, Strengthening Families Team and Sandwell Family Hub meetings
and would like to invite you to join us at our new Community Network Meetings.
Our meetings will:
- bring together a variety of partners within each town in Sandwell and develop a strong and effective locality partnership.
- ensure strong and robust communication takes place between professionals so that the right support is offered to children and families easily and in the right place at the right time.
- ensure the services and support available to children and families within each town is clearly communicated and shared across our network.
