The summer application round for the HAF 2024 grant programme is now open. The HAF 2024 programme aims to provide high-quality holiday activities and healthy food for children and young people who are eligible for free school meals (FSM) that live in or attend a school in Sandwell.
To apply for the HAF 2024 summer programme, you need to:
- Carefully read the comprehensive application guidance notes that provide detailed information on the programme objectives, eligibility, funding criteria, application process and the Funding Conditions.
- Complete the application form in PDF format using the interactive fields as per instructions in the Guidance Notes. Do not download, print, scan or re-upload the application form as this will invalidate your submission.
- Submit your application form along with all the required supporting documents, Delivery staff spreadsheet and Finance spreadsheet with all sections completed by email to vsst_play@sandwell.gov.uk by Friday 10 May 2024 at 5pm. Late or incomplete application packs will not be accepted.
