Please see below Autism West Midlands’ new Sandwell Pathway to Support. The pathway will help to ensure parents and carers are accessing the right support at the right time, increase engagement, reduce waiting times, and improve outcomes for the families we support.
Referrals will now be sent directly to the family service team, instead of individual team members via the new email address: sandwellfamily@autismwestmidlands.org.uk This will ensure that all referrals and enquiries are responded to more efficiently.
