The Enhanced Youth Support (EYS) Team works with young people through a targeted youth work approach that supports them to deal with their individual issues through both one to one and group interventions. EYS work with young people outside of the core youth clubs and detached teams through a number of targeted youth work sessions. As well as running a number of regular sessions for young women and young people with SEND, we also take individual referrals where we will carry out home visits, support young people to access further provision and support or handhold them into universal services. We can also develop bespoke packages based on individual and group needs at a cost. The work with 19-25 year olds is only for young people with SEND or those leaving care.
