Therapy is delivered at your location. Therapy is based on our 6 session model. We offer 1-1 and group-based intervention workshops that target children and use arts, crafts and hands-on approaches to help develop coping skills. We use dance and theatre techniques to facilitate personal growth and promote positive mental health. LEGO® therapy has been proven to be an effective way for both young people and adults to improve and practice their social interaction and communication skills. The creative approaches of the workshops aim to empower young people to name and recognise their emotions.
