LUV Employability supports people to acquire and develop skills that will help them secure long term sustainable employment. The programme is delivered over 6 weeks and has a focus on supporting people to be confident in searching for jobs, updating their CV's, personal statements, cover letters and be interview ready. In addition to this, they will receive mentoring support from professionals who will agree an action plan with them. The programme offers bespoke and personalized support to people and helps them acquire the skills to improve their employability levels.

- Accessibility details
- The programme is bespoke and will be delivered either online or at venues across Sandwell. All venues will be risk assessed to ensure that they are compliant with government legislation regarding accessibility.
