The Blues Programme is an evidence based cbt programme for young people aged 13-19. The Blues programme aims to provide techniques to improve mental health and wellbeing. The Blues programme is a groupwork intervention delivered in schools to groups of up to 12 young people. Suitability for the programme is assessed via questionnaire completed by the young people. Eligible students are invited to attend a 6 week programme of 1 hour session per week. Bouncing Back is a 2 session programme for students in years 7 and up. Bouncing Back is a universal offer delivered to whole classes in school. The programme consists of 2 one hour sessions delivered a week apart. The programme aims to offer practical tools to address low level mental health and wellbeing issues and to help build resilience.

Blues programme is accessed through the participating school working with individual year groups students are invited to attend based on eligibility assessment through CESD questionnaire. Bouncing Back is accessed through the participating school it is a universal offer to whole class groups.
