1:1 Creative and Talking Therapy for 5-18 year olds and their parents. Each individual child will receive 6 sessions with a qualified therapist/counsellor 2 of which the parent/carer will be invited to enabling them to pick up strategies to help their child with their mental health.

Issues covered are:

• School behaviour
• Confidence and Self Esteem
• Isolation
• Home and Family Relationships
• Domestic Abuse
• Home and Family Relationships
• Eating Disorders
• Friendships
• Crime and Criminality System

Parent Group Sessions in schools for the parents of the young people referred. Sessions will be in schools with a qualified therapist/counsellor and a member of school staff to give parents chance to talk to others experiencing the same issues. This will hopefully lead onto a support group which can be sustained by school for the future.
