The project covers two main areas:
1) Mentoring support: 8-10 sessions with one of our Mentors who will provide support for anyone suffering with Social, Emotional Mental Health (SEMH) needs as well as employability support (if required)
2) Sport & Physical Activity: Sessions aimed at improving wellbeing and improving social interaction, with a focus on communication, respect, fair play, leadership and teamwork.
