The Brotherhood Program offers mentoring/ life coaching for young black males of African/Caribbean or mixed heritage. This is done in both a formal environment such as a school/ educational institute or in the local community. There is also the offer of a more informal method of mentoring/ life coaching that is in offered, which is a Brotherhood hub. These hubs adopt a youth club type approach that is used to offer mentoring and life coaching to the targeted audience.

The mentors delivering the service will attend a venue that is suited to the individual whether that be a school or another educational institute or in the local community.

Additional notes
The target group for the activity is black males/ black dual heritage aged 11- 19. The targeted participants are young black males/males of black dual heritage who could benefit from having a positive black model or could do with building up their self confidence/ self esteem.
