Our Service Aim is to facilitate the successful transition of a pupil from one school to another through Transition Mentors.

To increase and the emotional health and well-being of children and positive school engagement of children at risk of school exclusion. (This will include children vulnerable to exploitation, violent behaviours and criminal involvement, those who struggle with identity issues and/or self – esteem, as well as those who struggle to identify future aspirations).

One to One Mentoring (Emotional Health and Wellbeing/Alternative Education Placements)

Krunch works with children and young people aged 9-19 years to deliver targeted one to one mentoring interventions. Our focus is improving emotional health and wellbeing and identifying unique potential and we value working within a multi-agency framework wherein children and their families receive holistic support.
