(This will include children vulnerable to exploitation, violent behaviours and criminal involvement, those who struggle with identity issues and/or self – esteem, as well as those who struggle to identify future aspirations).

Krunch works with children and young people aged 9-19 years to deliver targeted one to one mentoring interventions. Our focus is improving emotional health and wellbeing and identifying unique potential and we value working within a multi-agency framework wherein children and their families receive holistic support.

Sexual assault medical examination

Our service provides support and guidance to anyone who has been sexually assaulted under the age of 18, and their families. Referrals into our service need to come from police or social care, and if over 13 we also accept self referrals. Anyone can call for advice as we are open 24/7/365.
This is a FREE service, our patients do not need to pay anything at all.

Families Together Programme

The Families Together Programme recognises that there are many difficulties that families will experience which could lead to family conflict and develop into more severe problems if left unresolved. Families Together is a unique programme designed to support men and women to recognise and overcome unhealthy and low-level abusive relationships. Also support parents to develop their understanding of how unhealthy and abusive relationships could impact their children and parenting skills. Ultimately supporting families to feel safer and have the tools to improve their family relationship. Families Together offers group support to men and women and will will also offer some one-to-one support.

Young Women's Group (Enhanced Youth Support)

The Young Women’s Group takes a group work approach with young women, emphasis is on female concerns and raising awareness around young women’s issues, whilst addressing individual and group concerns. Young women come together to plan and participate in a number of activities and insightful workshops that support their development into adulthood. The young women are encouraged to celebrate their individuality and strengths and are supported to identify their potential and develop a plan to address barriers, helping them on their journey to get to where they want to be in life. It’s a great support group for females and we have a number of peer volunteers who can support newcomers to the group.
